- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup almond (or other non-wheat) flour
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350 & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium-sized bowl, mash bananas & add vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
Add rolled oats and flour & mix until well blended.
Fold in chocolate chips & nuts.
Drop dollops or form cookies to the preferred size and bake for 15-20 minutes.
