Life Extension Two Per Day Multi-Vitamin (While these are 2 per day, I usually just take 1 per day for insurance! Life Extension is a solid company that performs extensive research and analysis on their products.)

Integrative Therapeutics  B12 Active (Cherry flavored chewable!)

Life Extension Vitamin D3 (While I try to get outside for an easy walk most mornings for vitamin D and movement, I still take a low dose Vitamin D most days of the week.)

Just Thrive Probiotic & Antioxidant (This probiotic is shelf-stable, super vetted, and high quality.)

Culturelle Kids Chewable Daily Probiotic (I like these because they are portable if traveling or eating out…and helps mouth flora.)

Thorne Omega 3 (Essential fatty acid vital for cell/body function.)

PURE Encapsulations Curcumin (500 mg; often used for inflammation, but check with your doctor.) 

Futurebiotics Colon Green (As much as I try to get enough fiber daily, I simply don’t, so this is a daily staple each morning.)

Anthony’s Organic Inulin Powder (Jerusalem Artichoke; I put this in my coffee, shakes and add to desserts to increase daily fiber. Inulin is a prebiotic, so it’s like fertilizer for probiotics.)
