Ingredients:
- 1 cup dairy-free half and half
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- ¾ tbsp pumpkin spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- To go with this, snag some cold brew coffee or 2 espresso shots!
Directions:
In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until completely smooth. Pour into a glass jar and store in the fridge. When you are ready to make your special drink, add ice cubes to a glass, followed by cold brew/espresso, and layer the pumpkin creamer on top. Stir as desired and ENJOY!!
