Chocolate Lava Cake – Single Serving



  1. Blend the oats in a high-speed blender until they form a fine flour.
  2. Add all the remaining dry and wet ingredients, except for the chocolate pudding. Blend until combined.
  3. Pour half of the batter into a small, greased ramekin.
  4. Mix the chocolate pudding & then top the batter with the pudding.
  5. Pour the remaining batter over the pudding.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 23-27 minutes.
  7. Remove the ramekin from the oven and enjoy!
  8. Optionally, sprinkle with coarse flaky sea salt.
