YOU choose how much to use of these ingredients below. I’ve made it with more or less each time, and it’s been delicious every time! I love that it’s so simple AND low-carb!
Step 1. Add the cottage cheese to a microwave-safe bowl. Top with the marinara sauce, Italian Seasoning, crushed red pepper, and mozzarella cheese.
Step 2. Microwave for 30-45 seconds. Then, stir the cottage cheese mixture and mix in the turkey pepperoni.
Step 3. Microwave for 30-60 seconds more until it is hot and the cheese melts.
Step 4. Garnish with fresh basil and serve with mini bell pepper halves or a carb- friendly gluten free chip or baguette!
