Ingredients:
- 1 cup organic Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (or Tapioca flour)
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp agave, honey, or sweetener of choice
- 1 cup frozen berries
Combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth. Pour berries into a prepped baking dish and pour the combined wet mix over the berries. Bake at 350 for approximately 50 minutes. Add nuts and whipped cream or enjoy as is!
