High Protein Berry Cheesecake


  • 1 cup organic Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (or Tapioca flour)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp agave, honey, or sweetener of choice
  • 1 cup frozen berries

Combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth.   Pour berries into a prepped baking dish and pour the combined wet mix over the berries.  Bake at 350 for approximately 50 minutes.  Add nuts and whipped cream or enjoy as is!
