Sweetcorn Slaw


  • 1 cup red cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 cup white cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 can non-GMA sweetcorn, 2 carrots cut into thin slivers (matchsticks or shredded)
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 4 spring onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp dill, chopped
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper


  • 3 tbsp quality mayonnaise
  • 1 heaping tsp whole grain mustard

(I’ve also used a Green Goddess dressing with mashed avocado or a Cilantro Lime.)


Optional: Add shredded chicken or edamame to boost protein content.

Slice and dice all of the above ingredients, mix the dressing, apply well & ENJOY!!!
