3-Ingredient Chicken “Nuggets”


  • 1 cup cooked chicken (cubed or shredded)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

This is so easy…you simply put your three ingredients into a food processor (or use a strong blending tool) and then form the mix into nuggets. Place the nuggets on a greased or lined baking sheet and bake for about 25-ish minutes at 400. Flip them over halfway during your baking time.

Enjoy your nuggets “as is” or with some ketchup, or buffalo sauce (Primal Kitchen makes a good Buffalo Sauce and have a dairy-free option, as well). Or, you can make your own with a little sour cream or plain Greek yogurt and siracha!
