2-Ingredient “Bagels”

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups almond flour

Optional Toppings:

  • Egg wash (or use melted butter or ghee) both sides & add spices of choice (sesame seeds, onion flakes, sea salt….or cinnamon & xylitol)

Mix ingredients well and roll into balls. Press to create the center hole or use a tool to cut it out.

Brush on your egg wash (or use melted butter or ghee) and sprinkle any toppings desired.
