- 4 slices of CLEAN ham or other sliced deli meat
- Diced bell peppers

- Garlic powder or minced garlic

- Sprinkle of smoked paprika
Begin by steaming the broccoli until it’s tender. Once done, remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Using paper towels, pat the steamed broccoli dry to remove excess moisture. This step ensures your roll-ups aren’t soggy.
In a mixing bowl, combine the dried broccoli, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
Lay out the ham slices on a flat surface. Divide the broccoli and cheese mixture evenly among the ham slices. Carefully roll each slice of ham around the filling, creating a tight roll-up.
Place the roll-ups in the air fryer basket, seam side down, ensuring they don’t touch for even cooking.
Set the air fryer to 360°F (182°C) and cook for 8-10 minutes or until the ham is crisp and the cheese has melted.
Once cooked, use tongs or a spatula to carefully remove the roll-ups from the air fryer and let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
