Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup cultured cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh chives
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 2-3 tsp minced garlic
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: 1-2 tbsp olive oil to make this more of a dressing
Combine all the ingredients well. You can mix it chunky — or blend it with a food processor to be creamy smooth. This dip is high protein & goes great with raw veggies, bacon or corn chips!
