High Protein “Queso”


  • 1 cup cultured cottage cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ packet Taco seasoning
  • ¼ cup Rotel tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream (optional)

Blend the cottage cheese and taco seasoning.  Stir in the rest of the ingredients and microwave for 90-120 seconds, stirring halfway through.


Serve with your favorite crunchy snack (raw veggies, clean corn chips, etc.).
