Avocado Egg Salad


  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • ½-1 avocado
  • 1/3 cup cultured cottage cheese
  • 1-2 stems green onion
  • Fresh lemon, honey, salt & pepper, chili flakes to taste

Chop your eggs and avocado. Spoon in 1/3 cup of cottage cheese. Add in your chopped green onion, a squeeze of lemon, a drizzle of honey, and then salt, pepper, and chili flakes to taste!
