Ingredients:
- 6 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips (I like to use Enjoy Life or for a sugar free option)
- 2 cups organic no sugar added Greek yogurt (the Kitehill brand may be used for dairy-free needs)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (or 1.2 tbsp Sulkin Gold fiber syrup to lower sugar)
- 4 tbsp organic nut butter of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Melt the chocolate chips and gently pour or spoon it as a bottom layer in silicone or paper cups and freeze.
Mix the Greek yogurt, syrup and extract. Add as the next layer to the cups on top of the chocolate layer.
Put the nut butter in the microwave for 30 seconds to melt and thin consistency. Add the nut butter as your topping layer.
Last, drizzle melted chocolate on top of the nut butter layer.
Freeze & enjoy!
Note: Let your cup thaw 1-2 minutes before eating!
