Ingredients:
- 16 oz of Greek yogurt of choice
- 2 scoops of vanilla (or other) protein powder of choice (I like to use Perfect Keto’s Strawberry Collagen for added flavor and stevia sweetness)
- 1 tsp honey (if desired)
- 1 cup raspberries or strawberries or blueberries (fresh or frozen works)
- ½ cup chopped pistachios (or walnuts)
- ½ cup chopped semi-sweet chocolate or chips (or sugar-free chocolate chips)
- Pinch of flaky sea salt
Combine the yogurt and protein powder WELL. Add honey (or other sweetener) to your liking. Add raspberries & nuts.
Add a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread yogurt mix until it’s about a half-inch thick. Sprinkle chocolate and salt on top.
Freeze for about an hour. Then, simply break it into smaller pieces to store and ENJOY!!!
