Ingredients:
- 20-40 grams of chocolate protein powder (for this recipe I use Clean Simple Eats Chocolate Brownie Batter Whey)
- 1 generous tbsp cocoa powder
- ¼ cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips (I use either Enjoy Life’s Semi-Sweet Mini Chips or Choc Zero Dark Chocolate Chips)
- ¼ tsp baking powder
Mix ingredients well and microwave for 40-60 seconds. I like to add chopped walnuts on the top before serving.
