Low Carb “Donut” Holes

Donut Ingredients:

  • 1/4 up Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond flour (although I’ve used coconut flour which is a bit higher in carbs but offers a slightly sweeter taste)
  • 1/4 cup sweetener (I’ve used xylitol and a brown sugar substitute with good success to keep it lower in carbs)
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Coating Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp melted butter, ghee, or coconut butter
  • 2 tbsp sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

This recipe is so easy! You just mix the donut ingredients. Kneed it a bit and then roll it into 6-8 small balls. Spray it with oil and air fry at 325 for about 9-ish minutes. After the balls have cooled, dip them in melted butter and roll them in the cinnamon sweetened mix.
