Broccoli Pizza

Ingredients:

  • thin slices of cheddar cheese (shredded works, too – in fact, I like to use sliced cheddar for the base and shredded cheese for the topping)
  • 1-2 cups steamed or microwaved broccoli, chopped and smashed
  • ranch seasoning
  • thinly sliced sausage (I’ve used organic breakfast sausages and venison, but I like to use the smaller breakfast sausages for this recipe)

Preheat oven to 400. Then, layer your sliced (or shredded cheese) on parchment. Sprinkle the mashed broccoli. Add the sausage. Add a thin layer of shredded cheese. Last, sprinkle the ranch dressing.

Bake for approximately 20 minutes.

Allow to cool before slicing and you will have a crispy, low-carb broccoli “pizza”!!
