Low Carb, Grain-Free, Paleo Friendly Bread


  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup tahini
  • 1 tsp baking soda

That’s all there is to this recipe! Line or prep a baking-safe dish (4 x 7″ dish). Mix the ingredients well. Pour into prepared dish. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes (check for a clean toothpick removal).

Slice and enjoy, however!

I’ve done other versions of this by adding xylitol and cinnamon, I’ve added chocolate chips. I’ve also baked a version of this adding strawberry collagen powder, dried strawberries & sugar-free chocolate chips. The options are endless!
