High Protein, Low Carb “Bread”


  • 1 lb. ground chicken (cooked with salt, pepper, and a little olive oil)
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • seasonings of your choice!

Preheat oven to 370. Cook your chicken. Allow it to cool and pat dry. Combine the chicken and remaining ingredients in a food processor and blend well. Then add the mix to a prepped or lined baking-safe dish (or pan). Bake for about 30-35 minutes.
