Ingredients:
- 1-2 low-carb tortillas
- Organic cream cheese
- Nut butter of choice
- Sweetener of choice, and
- Semi-sweet, dark chocolate or sugar-free chocolate chips
Notice I didn’t offer amounts? It’s totally up to you…whether you want a lot or a little of the cream cheese, nut butter, or chocolate chips!!!
Just spread cream cheese on the tortilla. Then add a layer of nut butter. Sprinkle sweetener (I use xylitol) & sugar-free chocolate chips. Roll up the tortilla tightly. Brush the outside with melted butter, ghee, or coconut butter, and then slice it into thin slices.
Air fry for 6-8-ish minutes at 400. ENJOY!!
