Ingredients:
- Bag of chopped broccoli, steamed.
- 8-12 oz grilled or rotisserie chicken, cut into cubes.
- ½-1 cup shredded cheese (You choose the type; I like to use a blend of cheddar and mozzarella. Also, invest in the clean stuff to avoid fillers and nasty chemicals & processing.)
- Ranch dressing (you choose the amount; I like to use this organic dry mix)
- 2-3 pieces of cooked bacon or turkey bacon (or use some real nitrite-free bacon pieces)
Preheat the oven to 400.
Steam, boil, or microwave your chopped broccoli.
Prep your baking-safe dish and add the broccoli.
Chop your chicken into smaller bite-sized pieces. Add on top of the broccoli.
Add the dry ranch dressing or pour a bit of Ranch dressing across the chicken and broccoli.
Add a layer of shredded cheese and then sprinkle the bacon pieces on top.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes & enjoy!!
