Spicy High Protein Queso Dip


  • 24 oz organic cottage cheese
  • 1-2 cups of organic pepper jack cheese
  • Sliced or diced jalapenos (you choose how much!)
  • 2 tbsp diced green chillis
  • ½ pack of taco seasoning


Preheat the oven to 400. Combine the above ingredients in an oven-safe bowl. Bake the “queso” for about 25 minutes.

If you’d like to make your tortilla chips, grab a clean version and cut them into ¼’s. Lightly air fry or in a sauté pan to crisp up.
