Chocolate Avocado “Donuts”


  • 1 avocado
  • ¼ cup organic cocoa powder
  • ¼ sweetener of choice (I use xylitol or maple syrup)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter of ghee
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Sugar-free chocolate chips (I use this brand)


Preheat the oven to 350.

Blend the above ingredients well.

Pour into a greased donut pan or roll into balls, flatten a bit, and make a hole in the center. Sprinkle the tops with chocolate chips.

Bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool before enjoying!
