Glazed Salmon


  • 2 tbsp chilli sauce (or siracha)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or liquid aminos
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove crushed, or minced
  • 2 teaspoons finely grated ginger
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1tablespoon sesame seeds

Heat the oven to 425°.

In a small bowl, mix the chili sauce soy, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, garlic, and ginger.

Lay the pieces of salmon in the marinade, skin side up, and set aside for 10 minutes.

Next, put the marinated salmon on a baking tray, skin side down, and spoon over a little of the leftover marinade. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until done to your liking.
