Green Goddess Dip


  • 1 cup cultured cottage cheese
  • 1 avocado
  • ¼ cup fresh chopped chives
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup fresh chopped basil
  • 2-3 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 lemon (just the juice!)
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

Super easy, blend or process the first 2 ingredients to make it creamy…or mash with a fork if you like it chunky! (I prefer blending mine.) Once well mixed, add in the remaining ingredients and enjoy!

Fresh, high protein, wonderful, good fats, and delicious!

P.S. if you are wanting to keep this low-carb, enjoy with fresh veggies or one of these low carb crackers. I enjoy these gluten-free crackers because the “crunch factor” is so satisfying –but they aren’t low carb.
