Cauliflower Fries


  • 1 cup cauliflower rice (cooked & fluid squeezed out)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (I’ve also used parmesan or mozzarella in a pinch)
  • 1 egg
  • Salt & pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 400°F.  Prep a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix your ingredients. Shape into ”fries” on your parchment paper. Bake 20-25 minutes until crispy. Serve with a sugar-free ketchup or sauce of choice! ENJOY!
