Cheese – Its (a healthier version, anyway!)

Ingredients:

  • Organic, hormone-free cheddar cheese
  • Flaky salt

 

Turn your oven on to 400°F & line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Take your cheese slices and cut them into smaller squares. Use a toothpick (or similar object) to poke a few holes into each square. Sprinkle each square with a bit of salt and bake for 6-9 minutes while keeping a close eye on them. After you’ve taken them out of the oven, allow them to cool down before enjoying!

Now you have a crispy cheesy snack without nasty seed oils, preservations or unnecessary dyes. 🙂
