High Protein Puffy Pizza Crust


  • 5 cups egg whites (about 8)
  • ½ cup organic almond flour
  • 1 tsp organic baking powder

Turn your air fryer to 350°F to preheat.

Whisk egg whites until peaks form. Then whisk in the other ingredients until well mixed.

Pour 1/3 of the mix onto parchment paper and air fry for about 15-20 minutes, flipping the “dough” halfway. Remove from the fryer to add your toppings and then return to bake until the cheese melts or toppings are thoroughly cooked.

Repeat the process 2 more times as the recipe makes 3 crusts…OR, reduce the recipe by 1/3 to make a single pizza.
