Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cup organic apple sauce (I like to buy the kid containers so I can use it when I need it for baking without opening a larger jar)
- 1 cup organic red cacao powder
- 1/2 cup organic nut butter of choice (I like this cashew butter)
That’s it! Preheat your oven to 350. Mix the above ingredients well. Pour the mix into a prepared baking dish. Bake for approximately 30-ish minutes. Could you allow it to cool before enjoying it?
You can sprinkle sugar-free chocolate chips on the top, chopped walnuts, or even a dash of clean organic non-dairy whipped cream.
What I love about this is it’s simple, takes 5 minutes to prepare, and has NO eggs, NO gluten, NO dairy, and NO grains!
