Ingredients:
- 1 cup organic nut butter of choice (I love this creamy cashew butter!)
- 1 cup powdered sweetener of choice (I typically use this erythritol option or allulose)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips (for sugar-free, try this)
Preheat your oven to 350. Mix the nut butter, sweetener, and eggs. Prepare a baking dish. Pour the mix into the baking dish. Now, gently melt your chocolate chips in the microwave (Keep checking and stirring them every 30 seconds until melted). Now comes the fun part! Pour the melted chocolate across the top of your mix and swirl the melted chocolate around. Make it a masterpiece! Bake for 30-40 minutes –or until a toothpick comes out clean.
