Homemade Mayo

Ingredients:

  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 2 tsp vinegar (I’ve used rice as well as apple cider vinegar)
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt to taste

 

This recipe is for those who aren’t comfortable with raw eggs. Add these 5 ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend well.
