Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup almond milk (the fewer ingredients, the better, try to avoid gums)
- 1/2 tbsp cocoa or cacao powder (organic, better)
- 1/2-1 tbsp organic nut butter of choice
- 1 date
- 1 sc0op clean protein powder (chocolate or vanilla work)
This is so quick and yummy. It can also be vegan, depending on the protein powder selected.
