Snickers Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk (the fewer ingredients, the better, try to avoid gums)
  • 1/2 tbsp cocoa or cacao powder (organic, better)
  • 1/2-1 tbsp organic nut butter of choice
  • 1 date
  • 1 sc0op clean protein powder (chocolate or vanilla work)

This is so quick and yummy. It can also be vegan, depending on the protein powder selected.
