This on is so easy…you’re welcome!!
Ingredients:
- 1+ cup of steamed broccoli
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup shredded Mozzarella (I’ve made this with parmesan and cheddar, as well, when I didn’t have Mozzarella on hand!)
Blend ingredients and flatten & shape on a prepared cooking sheet. Bake for 25-ish minutes at 350.
I add a sprinkle of salt or Rawmesan and enjoy!
I’m going to try this with shredded chicken next.
