1 lb Shaved Brussels sprouts

1 large Honeycrisp apple, chopped

1/2 cup Dried cranberries

1/2 cup Pine nuts (toasted)

1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan cheese

3 tbsp Olive oil

3 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

3 tbsp Honey

3 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp Lemon juice

1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Black pepper
Prep the Base: In a large bowl, toss the sprouts, apple, cranberries, pine nuts, and Parmesan.
Make the Dressing: Whisk all remaining ingredients (oil through pepper) in a small jar or bowl until smooth.
Toss and Rest: Pour the dressing over the salad and mix thoroughly. Let it sit for 10 minutes to soften the sprouts before serving.
