Hoka Women’s Bondi 9 – These are great shoes, but pricey at $170 (I love mine), but a similar more reasonably priced option is the ALLSWIFIT brand — which looks great and is super comfy, and on sale at $54.28.

Stationary Bike Set Cushion – inexpensive but OH-WHAT-A-DIFFERENCE it makes!  (under $20)

Aquatic Dumbbells – lots of brands and options but I have these, under $25, for a pair.

This company makes great rebounders with a support bar. The one below is in the middle range and the one I have. They have other models for less and models that are move expensive depending on your needs. This one runs around $130 and is a GREAT low impact option.

Weighted Vest– great for added resistance in workouts, walking, running, etc. and offer a range of resistance from 6-30 lbs.

ZELUS Weighted Vest, 6lb/8lb/12lb/16lb/20lb/25lb/30lb Weight Vest with Reflective Stripe for Workout, Strength Training, Running, Fitness, Muscle Building, Weight Loss, Weightlifting

Cross Training Shoes – lots of options here, but I swear by my Reeboks and I’ve been wearing them to the gym since I was 19. (NO COUNTING THE YEARS!)

There is a HUGE range and a lot of options for rowers. I am temporarily housing my daughters which is on the low end and IT’s GREAT ! On the low end, the Sunny Rower has nearly 5-star ratings. On the higher end, you can’t beat the Concept 2 Rower.  These run $1200-$1500.

Trekking Poles – There are a range for these, but you can pick up a lightweight collapseable pair for well under $50. This pair runs around $33. I didn’t think I needed these (for years…silly me!), but they are GAME changers –especially on rocky terrain.
