Faux Protein Powder Hot Chocolate

This one is so simple and there are a couple of variations you can try. You can use milk, coconut milk, almond milk, etc. I like to boost protein content in most of my snacks so I use a chocolate protein powder, but feel free to keep it simple and omit it.
Ingredients:
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I use Whole Foods chocolate protein powder that has stevia sweetener in it)
8 oz hot water or almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 packets of stevia or xylitol if you don’t add protein powder or if it isn’t sweetened
Instructions:
1. Add protein powder to hot water or almond milk.
2. Stir in vanilla extract (and your sweetener of choice, if desired).
3. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
