Dry Ingredients:
2-3 cups of your favorite CRUNCY cereal (I like to use a chocolate
rice crispy cereal and have made this with magic spoon cereals, as well)
Wet Ingredients:
2 tbsp melted ghee (or coconut oil)
1-2 tbsp xylitol (or Sukrin gold brown sugar substitute or fiber syrup)
2-3 tbsp melted nut butter (optional)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (optional)
Melt the wet ingredients and fold into the dry cereal coating well. Pour and gently press coated cereal into greased container. I like to use coconut butter to prevent sticking. Place in freezer for at least 20 minutes before eating. Cut into bars when you are ready to enjoy a nice chocolaty, crunchy snack! Place remainder back in the freezer until next time!
