Basic bread 3 Ingredients:
· 1 cup tahini
· 4 eggs
· 1/4 tsp baking soda
Optional Ingredients for Added Sweetness:
· 1 ripe banana, or
· 1/4 c pumpkin puree & 1.5 tbsp pumpkin spice
· 1/8 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (goes well with banana or pumpkin), or
· 1/4 cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar or maple syrup
Steps
· Preheat oven to 350
· Mix all ingredients
· Pour into greased casserole or bread dish
· Cook 30 minutes
