Pesto & Mozzarella Chicken (easy meal prep)

Per Container Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp basmati (or long grain rice of choice)
• 5 oz hormone free chicken
• 1 tbsp pesto (I used an organic walnut pesto)
• 1 tbsp plain organic Greek yogurt
• ¼ cup chicken broth (I used bone broth)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 oz cherry tomatoes
• 1/8-1/4 cup organic mozzarella cheese

Heat over to 350 degrees. Drop ingredients above into separate containers in the order listed. Bake 30-ish minutes at 350 and enjoy out of the oven and store the remaining containers. May be frozen and enjoyed later!
