If you have a history of injury or are over age 40, please seek medical advise before attempting these workouts.
If at any point during the workout you experience pain, stop immediately and rest.
Do NOT overdo it! Regular exercise produces better results than a single extreme workout–which could lead to injury.
Always warm up before attempting any exercise and stretch post workout.
Last, you don’t need a gym or a big block of time to get/remain fit. EVERY little bit helps and counts. I will offer ideas for both.
